Contact Us

Email is the quickest way to get in touch. We check the mailbox twice each day.

We are currently conducting a membership survey please click this link if you would like to take part.

We also plan to launch a telephone helpline as soon as we have sufficient volunteers and funding in place. In the meanwhile you can leave a message together with your telephone number on 0151 928 3507.

Questions can be left on the PAT Parent Forum on this website. Have a read through replies to other people's questions too. Maybe you have some information or advice you can share. Click here to go there.

The PAT Support Group is made up of parents from across Sefton and we meet each month. PAT parents all have a huge wealth of experience in advocating for their children and families. We have all found that an answer to most problems can be provided from the combined experience of support group members.

The PAT Support Group is a friendly and safe place. You are welcome to come along and everyone is always made very welcome. Meetings are held in North and South Sefton. You can find dates, times and locations of meetings by clicking here.

If you'd like to join one of our workgroups and take an active part in the PAT work programme you can get in touch with committee members and workgroup leaders here.

Please don't forget to sign our guestbook and show your solidarity and support for parents with disabled children.

You can use this form to submit a question. Your request will then be routed to the person who is best qualified by experience to provide an answer. This service is operated by volunteers and it may take some time for you to get a reply. Alternatively just click on the link on the side bar to send an email.

There are lots of other ways that you can get in touch; PAT even has a private chat room so that parents who can't get out can still stay in touch with each other.

Before you log a question why not check on the PAT forum to see if anyone else has already written about your subject. Feedback is always welcome and you can post your comments in our guestbook. If you have a comment about the website then why not let the webmaster have the benefit of your suggestions. There is also a webmaster forum where you can notify us of any 'faults, bugs and glitches.'
